I use Microsoft 365 at work, so it is nice to be able to have a smooth transition into my personal life as well.

I do not use some of the programs in the suite such as outlook because Mac mail program is better. The big three Word, Excel, and PowerPoint all are excellent. Great that you can add to iPad as well!
