    I am having issues sending file by email. The same kinds type documents are larger than before and cannot be sent through e-mail; about 3 time larger. It was better when I order directly from DELL.

    I bought the product along with a new laptop because I was not going to be able to load my MS Office from 2013. The new MS Office is good, but I really didn't need the new features and upgrades for what I do. The family cloud feature is very nice and handy for moving files between computers, but I did have some difficulty getting it to work consistently and the timing for the files to synch sometimes takes longer than you would expect, so patience is a requirement. The Geek Squad was very helpful in working with me to resolve my issues and tutor me in the proper procedures. Not crazy about the annual renewal fee.
