Just wish they had laptops that come with it pre-installed but apparently Microsoft does not does do that anymore in favor of the continuous raking in of monthly money.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After buying a new laptop the Geek Squad was suppose to install Microsoft 365 Family NOT the Personal version, and did NOT install correctly. I ended up spending 2hrs on the phone with 10 different "specialists" who said it was fixed, and was NOT. They also lied about ending the remote control of my computer. So I spent another 2 days in the store trying to get the problem fixed. Finally on the 2nd day after another 2hrs they finally installed the correct Microsoft 365 Family version. Very frustrated and disappointed in there service especially after the amount of money I spent buying the new laptop to begin with.

I looked around online and thought this was priced to be a pretty good value. The Office package is an annual subscription; you'll want to note that.

I thought there must be some catch, but placed the order. The price was right and the best thing is that you always have the latest updates from Microsoft. The price beats all other retailers.

I use these programs everyday and it is important to keep up with the latest trends or new items with these programs as I used them frequently for work as well. With this purchase, you should be good on Microsoft products for a very long time.
