I use all of the programs in this suite, the only thing that would make this a complete business solution would be Microsoft’s own tax software! It’s essential for my business!

The annual subscription is a little bit of a drawback. In the good old days you just bought the user license, now you pay every year. The basics are all there and the price is still a good deal for what you get.

I used Best Buy tech support online and this worked like a champ. Microsoft has users over the barrel in that the name says it all....365...you have to buy it every 365 days or pay a higher price for the package, but that software is not transferable to a new computer .
