If you already had Microsoft on your old computer, this version just helps bring over old files and saved web pages. It is like I have had my new computers for years.

The product works seamlessly with Mac, highly recommended.

With Office 365 many of the products have been updated with new features. The updates are great. Be sure to purchase the product at the same time as the computer because usually there is a discounted price. The only drawback is you have to re license the software after a year. On the other hand you will always have the latest and greatest Office product.
