Still VERY MUCH wish I could just buy the software and be done with it, or at least only buy exactly what I need. (No Outlook, thanks). But MS knows everyone needs Word to function in adult society, so what choice to we all have? At least it works.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. Local store somehow changed my selection to 'Family with 5-6 Family Members'. But I got it straightened out with December 2021 renewal.
