I use it almost every day. It works amazing like any other office program

It's what Microsoft is forcing people to do if you want to use their programs. I don't appreciate being herded into purchasing 365 but it's really the best option. No updates for the alternate option. It is easy and a nice idea, minus the forced conformity. Reluctantly recommend.

Having this product makes my iPad very useful so that I can leave my Laptop at home.

These are the tools that I use in my professional life and am pleased to use them on my personal computer.

I was very satisfied that microsoft came with my computer. It was very easy to install.

I am not a fan of subscription software. The product once installed is working great but once again I had trouble with the purchase. Picked up PC at store and CS rep said the Office package would be available for download via email-sent codes. Order status with Best Buy changed to "email has been sent" but it wasn't. Tried Microsoft, on hold for 30 min, they said never got release order from BB; went to BB store (not looking for another 30 min hold call) and CS Rep said problem with BB Online not the store! After some tense words the Rep went to back and came back with download codes on a scrap of paper. These worked! Some opportunity for process improvement and CS training here, especially when ordering for store pickup. Can't wait for the one year renewal process... Score - BB online 1 star; Microsoft zero stars; BB store 3 stars (nice recovery after fussing).

MS365 Personal is a great product. I’ve been using it for work and personal use. It’s user friendly and has everything I need.

Our guy was very helpful and we ended up with what we needed and wanted within 10 minutes. We are so happy we with out choice we will definitely be back!

Microsoft Office is still the standard for work and now I get all of the latest versions for a reasonable price. My one peave it that it wants to be connected all of the time so a broadband wi-fi connection is really necessary.

Easy to install! Office 365 is much more than just getting the desktop versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It's an entire ecosystem that gives you access to your documents and information everywhere you go. I love it.

Easy to setup and you always have the latest version without using too much disk space.

I really like the convenience of having everything stored to the cloud.

The productivity software is exactly what you would expect. I don't like Teams, but that is not why I purchased it (Teams sucks and nobody likes it). The download was seamless and works just as well on my PC and my other laptop. The price was reasonable.
