This is a great purchase if you use Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook because you get the automatic updates and it's just one charge per year. You don't have to worry about thinking "when do I need to renew". Plus you get 3 months free along with the year subscription.

Personal Microsoft Office Suite 365 for 5 devices works best for me if I have to replace a device. Local store somehow changed my selection to 'Family with 5-6 Family Members'. But I got it straightened out with December 2021 renewal.

I found this software pack to be adequate, it has everything you need, from Excel, Power Point, and Word. The only thing I do not like is that it is only a year. If i would have gotten the permanent one but it does not come with any update patches.

As a casual writer, I needed a word processing program and purchased Microsoft Office 365 Personal. All I wanted was a "wheel barrow" and instead had to settle for a "rocket ship". There are far more options in this version of Word than the average person will ever need or use. This program is not people friendly and is confusing. Only after purchasing this software, I learned of Google Docs which is not only free, it is what I was looking for in the first place, a simple word processing program. Instead I am out $70. For someone looking for 1001 things to do with a word processor, this is probably an excellent product. See you in outer space!

It was simple to install and when I faced a problem the Microsoft help desk was excelent.

It's what Microsoft is forcing people to do if you want to use their programs. I don't appreciate being herded into purchasing 365 but it's really the best option. No updates for the alternate option. It is easy and a nice idea, minus the forced conformity. Reluctantly recommend.
