Must need software

When I bought my computer I purchased it with software preloaded. So I thought but it wasn’t. I didn’t realize how much is needed to run computer with the software. I found out very quickly when I couldn’t do anything and also it made my computer run slower. Microsoft office is a must need on any computer

Or can you suggest a class at another establishment. Best Buy could benefit by selling more computers. Speaking of MICROSOFT 365 for older people. The product is good but it’s a matter of getting use to it

I wish it would come free with new computers

This item used to come standard on all computers forever, not just for a year. Another ploy to spend money.

Great if you want Office on multiple devices

I purchased the 365 product as now have a laptop and Surface tablet and wanted to be able to use Office on both. With OneDrive the ability to store files and open on either is great. It seems that log in doesn't last long though, always seem to get message about not logged in. There could be a setting to change, I haven't really looked.
