If I could give a 0 rating I would. I purchased the product and attempted to download it to my new Apple Laptop that I also purchased on the same day, without any success. It later told me my code had expired. I later went to Best Buy seeking some assistance and I was advised I had to pay $40 to get assistance on a product that was newly purchased and never used. I requested a manager sharing my desperation and my need for help because the customer service that I received from the techs was not helpful. The manager who happened to have the Geek Squad jacket on stated $40 fee is required for assistance and he could not waive it because it was a new purchase and never used. The lack of customer service and empathy was galling. I then requested a full refund which he processed speedily with no remorse that I just purchased a product that failed to download. I am total baffled by his total lack of customer service. He rather return the money in full rather than keep a customer.

Glad this came with my new laptop. Really makes it easier and I love this product.

I use the Microsoft 365 package for my job when I am on the road and for my home use as well.

Necessary software for any student. Can’t have a laptop without it!

I bought this product on 3/16/2020 because my prior Microsoft Office subscription expired. Had some problems with installation, and had to have Geek squad get involved. Ultimately, Geek squad had the same problem and Microsoft had to issue a new key number. Since we got it up and running, all is going smoothly

This product is nice for students! I would recommend for all college students.

Like Micosoft 365 but it changed from my windows 10 to windows had to hunt for some documents not in the same place but after working with it I found them.
