    My desktop died so I had to decide to upgrade it or buy a laptop. I'm so glad I bought my laptop. 365 can't with it, which was a blessing because I want able to recover my hard drive as of yet and I needed a computer for school. I love the fact that Office 365 works across platforms so I won't lose my information like before. I recommend it for power users and students on the go.

    This was easy to install and I like not having discs to misplace. Updates are seamless and paying once a year to keep it is a plus. This was a gift to my stepson and his wife. They are gamers and send screen to their smart tv with ease.

    Activated Microsoft 365 according to MS instructions and received confirmation that it had been installed, but it isn't. Still have only a limited version.

    Never had to pay for Microsoft software updates until now for the Windows 11 for Windows 365. No choice but to pay to ensure updates are done.
