    Nathan from Best Buy quickly installed new Microsoft 365 software and showed me how to use it. He also made some adjustments in the computer/monitor setup so I could perform some actions more easily.

    I’m happy with Microsoft and all of its products. However, I miss the days where you could purchase the product and not have to pay a subscription annually. This is why I gave this three stars.

    When I purchased alaptop for my nephew for his birthday I thought this product would be a good fit for a high school student. I was absolutely correct. He frequently uses Word, Excel and PowerPoint for his school assignments.

    This software continues to meet my expectations. It would be great if I could have updated both of my computers with the same software. You can only install it on one computer and one tablet. I have a desk computer and a lightweight travel computer; a tablet is not sufficient for my work.

    appointment set up was painless, they showed up on time, were courteous and knowledgeable. Installed large screen TV's above wood burning fireplaces, Did all they could do to hide wires and make everything streamlined. Always use Geek Squad for all my electronics.

    its really good if you're working with having to save alot of docs though I did have a bit of an issue redeeming the code for it.

    I was hesitant to buy the Office suite, knowing it would need subscription, but it has been so worth it. I know Office from before, but the newer feature take it to a whole new level. No problems so far.
