It has everything I need to have the capabilities from writing notes, documents, school papers, Includes: Word, Excel, One Note (which is new to me. You can create any type of list,its basically a notepad with multi integrated functionality) You can create powerful presentations using Powerpoint, and Has Outlook Mail in case you need another email, and ONEDRIVE which is a storage drive, like the iCloud, but you can store every document, photo or whatever you need it in this one drove cloud and access it from wherever simultaneously syncing your iPhone, google device or tablets, so everything is in one spot. Its great in my opinion

Not the case. The Office software needs to be installed which is a separate process. The price is too high considering you need to pay every year, but Best Buy has no control over that.

I love Microsoft but disappointed over the yearly fee that accompanies it now. This new version did accept my old documents flawlessly so I can't complain.
