Just what I needed for my business, has everything I need, great program

To have this is good in order to use Mircosoft word and so on

nothing else to say it's just great everything I need at a great price

Needed a basic product for just general use. Fits my needs OK

This was a replacement for my expiring Microsoft Office product. I primarily use Excel, Word and Outlook. If necessary, it is nice to have Publisher available also. I an retired but also volunteer so I need the capability of Office.

Great bundle! It takes up a lot of storage to download cracked versions, why not pay a little amount to use everything and prevent harm to the computer? Amazing bundle!

This is not my first time to using MS Office but I really like MS Office.

I keep going back and forth between just outright purchasing Microsoft Office and I think this is the last time I'll get 365. I use icloud and other means for storage and am not a onedrive fan. You can't deny that the office apps work great though. Can't give a bad rating to good product.

Too Many Changes I do not see the value in all the changes and organization and presentation of tools in Word 365. The changes made simple tasks more complicated with additional steps that weren't previously required. After using previous versions of word, this version may appear intuitive to the developers, but as for me, the end user, I am extremely frustrated. I went to the local library for help and even frequent users of word had difficulty navigating processes that used to be obviously simple. I suggest that there is a mode selection that allows the end user to view and use word in a previously released and familiar version. I have talked with several of my friends who have the same complaints. I have been using versions of word for 15 or more years and this is the worst release to date.

Haven't used a lot yet, but is good so far. Does every thing I need it to do.

HORRIBLE! ordered in May 2024 a 15 month subscription and Microsoft is demanding I purchase another subscription though them directly to access W X and P, I cant use any of it on my Mac through the 15 month subscription I purchased via BestBuy. and this is also a problem I had with prior Mac when I purchased direct to Microsoft, same issues which is why when I purchased new. Mac I made sure to purchase a 25month subscription! it was good for maybe 1 month then no longer. WORSE mircsoft has NO OnLine and NO Phone customer service, those numbers and the site just drag you in circles and won't assist intelligently ! microsoft is horrible, needs competition. And best buy's customer service I'm now into 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up and when they do it's been all heavy static. I'm furious

This is a vast improvement over my last version. Well worth the upgrade

Best way to get and use office products when they aren't pre-loaded on a PC.

So far this has worked perfectly. I am very happy with its performance.

Salesman says I needed a new subscription of Microsoft so I bought it. Then Geek Squad no you already have a subscription. Best Buy manager refused to refund; said call Microsoft. Microsoft said no, the third party seller must refund. Called Best Buy customer service, they said go to store personally and ask manager again. I live 90 miles from Wichita and already made two trips. My next step is to contact Best Buy Corporate in Minnesota.
