New Computer Don't Use Geek Squad

They did a terrible job; both computers are now in the shop getting repaired (a legitimate computer repair shop) because of the poor job geek squad did on the data transfers. Very unhappy. Price for the computer was good but the service--via geek squad phone conference and remote activity from the Phillipines--was awful, time consuming, and ineffective.

Sucks that it needs to be renewed every year, but to be honest, it's worth it for school and work purposes. Google docs doesn't have all the nifty little extras.
