Of course, none of us want to use a laptop with the basic software, which is Microsoft office software.

Great product. I was able to use the products immediately after downloading.

My daughter got the Apple MacAir 13 but we knew she may need the Microsoft office products for classes. She did and we are so glad it works great even on the Apple product!

Need instructions at time of installation, before leaving the store with new laptop. Had to call Geek Squad. Apparently the 365 was not fully installed; Geek Squad activated it by phone. Still some problems. Some customers, like me, do not know what questions to ask. Also, your surveys should add "Not Sure" to question about 'would you recommend thus ptoduct'.

Product is working well but I would have liked to have the lifetime subscription offer not the yearly subscription. That is the only reason that I would not recommend this item.

I like it because it’s what we used at my workplace. Essentially the same. Much more versatile email than gmail or other internet based junk. Of course word and excel are what everyone knows.

The staff are excellent and really know their electronics. They are efficient and can juggle multiple customers and multi-task at the same time. The laptop I purchased has been efficient and easy to use.

Microsoft 360 is a stellar app,programn to have. It is easy to navigate ,edit, ect. So helpful for creating documents , ect. Be list without it!

I bought the Microsoft 365 with virus protection for a year. I would have liked to have bought the installation one like they used to have as i don’t like paying every year. Also I wanted Publisher which I only found out afterward that they don’t support anymore. I was less than satisfied with this purchase.

Love Microsoft suite! Has everything I need from Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

I gave the New MS 365 Personal-1 User 12-month subscription an Excellent 5-Star rating because it was EASY to switch from our many years of MS 365-5 User subscriptions, since I had only been the 1 User on all our previous MS 365-5 subscriptions. The instructions & hints were very easy to follow.

Microsoft 365 works very well. All of the programs are on point.

I can now do my school work thanks to Best Buy great prices and deals.

Although similar, we have discovered that the features available with the newer versions offer many possibilities. Learning mostly by trial and error, but finding it relatively easy to accomplish what we intended. Eager to become more knowledgeable and work smarter, not harder.

User friendly and easy to download the Microsoft 365 package. Works great on my MacBook! Reminder emails were appreciated from Best Buy to go in an activate or download the package. I recommend purchasing the Microsoft package 365 with any computer purchase.
