I liked the touchscreen and the flexibility of the unit, but it was just too small for me

However, it's a much needed item for day to day uses. The setup was fairly easy and the download wasn't too long.

Bought the version I did to get Publisher....had it home and installed when I discovered PUB was missing because Apple does not support Publisher,,,annoying at best. Word, Excel, etc are fine and the annual subscription will keep me from the problem of transferring the contacts from my old...old..old version of Outlook to today's. I can not thank Microsoft Office 365 for MAC support enough. The tech who helped me was great and patient ...he had to go through multiple levels of transition....03 to 07 to 11 to 2016. It took a l o n g time but not as long or bad as the alternative...my re-keying all my contacts! (As a worse-case back up I had printed them out.)
