Using Microsoft 365 makes my life easier. I like the seamless connection with various parts within the software. I use it in my work and home life,

Perfect basic laptop! I have discovered many more features then originally thought!

Who doesn’t need these apps. Only down side is that it’s a one year subscription only.

Easy-to-use software for the entire family. Worldwide usage.

My Microsoft Office is awesome it suits all my needs.

This is so necessary for my day to day use of the computer programs i need to do my job. and Best buy helped with the set up all the way through. super easy. Access to the personal cloud is a must to save storage on my pc

I hadn't gotten a new version of Word or Excel for many years, and I'm amazed how much easier and user-friendly they are now, especially with Windows 10! I'm so happy I upgraded to the new Microsoft Office!

Had no issues installing and setting up. Highly recommend setting up all of the Multi-factor auth to keep you account secure!

It was easy to download and get operational but I am not sure how to set up outlook and have my yahoo account dump into outlook. Haven’t found any instructions so I will either call Microsoft or go back to BestBuy. Also nit sure what happens if I load an old version onto my computer. I don’t like leasing software. I’d rather pay a fixed fee for one time purchase.

Great and smooth surface, less bulky and even though 16inch. Still thin and slim

Copilot its the best, so easy and usefull, good expirience

This is a must have software package for any PC or laptop. Full featured works as expected.

The guy who helped me tried to hard to upgrade me...not everyone who does grahic design needs a design computer...I knew what I needed coming in, and instead of answering my questions directly, he kept trying to get me to spend out of my budget. When I finally took a firm approach and told him "no, that's too much, this is my budget"...he had the audacity to recommend I put it on my credit cards and make monthly payments, I went from frustrated to angry...I don't need a best buy clerk trying to get up in my finances... I just wanted to come in and buy a computer..should have taken less than a half an hour..took over an hour. The product is good...I just wish that the clerk was more concerned with my needs and budget rather than his up-selling.

Microsoft 360 is the best, several apps in 1. Best buy is great

Microsoft Personal is a must have purchase to keep our new iMac updated and versatile!

My impression of the computer is that it is very good and easy to navigate. HP has been my go-to for computers and electronics for the last 25 years.
