    While the copy of MS-Office works just fine, the salesperson failed to note that it was only a 1-year subscription. I take the blame for not reading the product card, but the salesperson asking "do you want to buy MS-Office for $49" did not fully explain what she was selling me.

    It was easy to install, maybe because BestBuy did it. I have been a MS office user forEVA. I tried Google and it requires a learning curve and I use MS office at work. I gave it 3 stars; due to the fact you have to continuously purchase MS Office.

    Functions of Microsoft 365 are as expected, but ran into some minor difficulties with the installation since I am not a technologically savvy person. Otherwise, once installed everything is working great.
