This subscription has a lot of features that will no doubt be useful in the future. Word contains several different templates - even resumes. Also included is 60 minutes a month of Skype, which comes in handy for people that use it.

I mostly use Word since I write papers and have done more than 1 book. I have great confidence I can send my manuscripts to a publisher and the format will be easy for them to convert for book printing I also use Outlook for my email anll the time and excel for spreadsheets. I rarely use the other programs, however.

The salesperson told me to subscribe to the individual 365. I did so & when we went to buy another computer, the account was all screwed up. They said we should have never un subscribed to family 365. The switched us back to family. I have no idea now what I'm being charged

Since the tools provided in the subscription are most often used in medium and large-sized corporate offices, it's a good way for me to have access to the same tools that are used while I search for my next employment opportunity (COVID-19 layoff). Read up on release notes to know what's being updated, and check it out for yourself. Those Excel formulas can vary in a number of ways!
