Couldn't load it the 2nd time so took it to Geek Squad where they found it had never been activated at purchase so did not charge me to put it on. Just was a inconvenience as had to drive 23 miles each way 3 times before I received what I had paid for on the first visit.

Microsoft 365 for MAC

Not sure it is worth it. I have a MAC and in the past, one could purchase the Word and Excel programs for a flat fee (usually $40 if you were a student, and that would be it. The program was yours and could be used for many years or even a lifetime.) Now they want us to buy the programs every year. I think this is an outrage that they are forcing us to spend more money every year. I purchased the program only because I wanted to open WORD docs that are shared with me, and not that I use it otherwise.

Yearly subscription makes it pricy, still worth it

Getting Excel and Word on my iMac

I converted over from a PC and had many documents that required to be converted over to Apple software comparable to Excel and Word. No longer.

It was too much for me and I needed help It came from a friend, because the "Chat" help wasn't much help. Also, I now get a LOT of "sales emails", be ready But it work. And I still don't understand it...
