Customer Ratings & Reviews

It was hard to download on my laptop. Once I was able to down load, it was easy to use.

Was easy to setup and works great. I would highly recommend it to others.

This tool is as easy for my college student to install in his computer.

Works well, very helpful. Had to call customer service once for help and they took care of me extremely Efficiently, no problems since

I renewed it online then went through the activation process. All very simple.

If there was another product i would perfer something else.

As someone who has had Microsoft Family in the past, seeing the benefits from it, yet noticing no one in the family but myself taking advantage of it; i have to say, Microsoft 365 Personal is a good way to go in becoming a true Microsoft Program believer. I dont regret having purchased just the Personal this time around.

Good excellent product. Good fit for my homework. Everything in one place.

More or less about to install. It some step to completed

It has been YEARS since I last bought a new desktop computer... like at least 10, maybe 15...? when we purchased our new Dell 27 all in one, the sales lady was nice enough to let us know we would probably want this. We also set it up to bring in our old PC so they could transfer all my data to the new one. When I went to pick it up, the nice lady in the geek squad reminded me I didn't yet purchase the Microsoft 365. So, obviously, I did that and everything is working great. I've been very satisfied with my purchases and experiences at Best Buy.

All the capability and functionality that I had with the software on my office PC -- and it gets updated as the program makes improvements! Love this! I will never be behind the curve in Word products again!

A one year subscription for this product happened to come free when I purchased a Samsung tablet for my husband. It also allowed me to install a copy onto my PC laptop. Haven't had any troubles with it yet.

I've been using Microsoft Word for years. never disappointed and it only just keeps getter better.

Easy to use. Great product it has helped simplify my life a lot.

Got a good deal on this Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. They gave me a discount since I purchased a new computer with protection plan. It was an upgrade to the one I had installed in my old PC.

Got this for my new laptop, easy to imstall. Just needed to type,in the code number from the receipt.

Have definitely enjoyed my new laptop with the Microsoft 365 software. So much faster and user friendly.

Take care of all your basics. Easy to use. You won’t regret it.

It is a soft ware that is very Quick to install. The installation is simple. Just follow the clear instructions that are given together with the paper envelope that is included within instructions. Vwhy 50 words is the only thing that I do not clearly understand and neither see the impedement of sending a shorter and to the point review without the mandatory request of writing fifty 50 words and so here I am filling up the box with ridiculous data

Nice price for this package. Easy to install. I had no problems at all
