Microsoft 365 is meeting expectations. Best Buy service has been great as well,

I’ve been using Microsoft 365 Personal for a while, and it’s been really helpful for everyday stuff. I like having Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on all my devices, plus the extra OneDrive storage is great for keeping my files backed up. It’s easy to use and just makes getting work done simpler.

Product is working well but I would have liked to have the lifetime subscription offer not the yearly subscription. That is the only reason that I would not recommend this item.

great experience, great time, and quality. Everything was so positive.

Best thing ever love this progress I enjoy it very much

A perfect new world of technology, I love it. Easily accessible. Great product.

Bought it for Word and Excel apps Initially the install did not work but eventually loaded. No problems since

Just bought a new computer with Microsoft 365! So excited to get to know so many new features and 365 will, definitely, organize and enhance my life to make it easier! Love it!

purchased Microsoft 365 on my new laptop. Having the ability to work on documents via phone and then switching to my Laptop is super effective and saves having to tote around my laptop everywhere. Probably use the word and excel about 2-3 times a week on my phone and more often on my laptop. Definitely would recommend over going with traditional Microsoft office 2016 as that will become outdated in a year vs. 365 annual subscription keeping current.

It is actually what I wanted. Very helpful-met my needs. Nothing that I dislike about. I use at home and it's been very helpful

We had an older version of Word and Geek Squad helped us update when we got new computers. I really like the new Word format and so much easier to use.

Good price for subscription. Too bad the subscription wasn’t longer.

Great software for all professional application s we use every day.

Very useful product to have. This product comes into handy with my college classes.

I purchased Microsoft office before and I got the same results working out very well for the different task it can perform.

Microsoft Office 365 is a great product because it will update Microsoft Office for a certain amount of time and keep the files stored online. I have to say that this does not work flawlessly. I have had problems uploading and retrieving one note documents. After lecture and taking notes from class directly on my tablet I expected everything to sync up nicely and to be able to share with others. This is not the case. It has problems syncing and sharing. These are not always major problems but they can be. Microsoft put out a good product but things need to be done to make it better. That being said, even people I know with Macs use Microsoft Office 365 and one note. It is worth the price even with the bugs that still remain.

Window has been essential for our kid’s schoolwork. My college age son needed his own account and this was perfect.

Useful for work purposes, fast and all the necessary tools

I love this product, it helped me a lot with my university assignments.

I haven't used all the options with the Microsoft 365, however what I have used has been helpful
