Installed very easy and if the renewal price is resonalble in a year I'll stick with it. No issues to report and I'm happy with upgrade.

I wanted the family plan whereby other members can use your policy for their word activities. Resolution was accomplished by the best buy agent and I now have the correct product from microsoft as desired.

Microsoft has always had a top notch suite of programs for just about everyone from the student to the businessperson. The one thing that I had to get used to was the idea of having to go online to update and install the program. I used to be able to put in a disc and start the installation process. Thinking about it however, I found that the loss of a physical disc is a small price to pay for the convenience of simply putting in the product key (DON’T lose the product key before you install the program); The installation process was very easy to handle, and I was up and running in less than 15 minutes.

It has everything that anyone needs to take care of business . I love it but I don't use everything in it as of yet but if I need to it is their for me to use and it is easy to navigate through it. Thank's for and great product and the first year is free.

I was going to buy it outright, but decided to just get the 1 year subscription because of the great deal I got on it. Now I can take Office on the go 365.

I recommend geek tech to everyone.I didnt have to take my laptop the tech reslove the issues. It didnt take a long time. They know what they are doing.

I have able to produce some documents quickly and easily. I found that editing to simple and efficient.
