Really like the new way this is going instead of paying hundreds for the suite software and it goes out of date in a year or two.

It’s microsoft and I think the way the force you to subscribe is a means for them to cash in on the consumer but you don’t have much of a choice. It’s a good product but a shame as to how they sell it to you.

I have no complaints about the program itself, easy to get loaded and never had a problem.

I ended up ordering it online from Microsoft and sending my purchase back for a refund... It was not until Tuesday that my product would have been ready to use. The product itself is a great product and just what I expected.

The software was easily installed and does everything I want to to do (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc). I am very satisfied with it. The annual subscription includes automatic updates to newer versions of the software.

Tech crew is working on setting it up because it came in after the said date and I was out of town. There has been some confusion about the reservation date.
