I dislike having to renew something I've already paid for, but such is Windows/Microsoft these days. I use both Word and Excel for most of my office work, so it is a necessity.

Just bought a Lenovo Yoga laptop and added this software which includes Defender, Word, Excel and more.

I little expensive but everything right now is crazy but i do need it to work and to keep important things and is easy to use if you know how to use it.

Excel is good - lets me add, subtract, multiply and divide in a spreadsheet. Word is good - I can type documents in it. Not sure about the rest because I haven't used them.

I was pressured and scammed into buying this by the Best Buy salesperson. I already had Microsoft 365, but they said if I bought this I would save $50, I'd get refunded on my other one for what was left. Completely untrue. I wasn't even able to download this one yet because my old Microsoft 365 is still current. Hopefully the code won't expire. I think the product itself is fine.

Is excellent product and easy installation .......

This has a feature on it that checks your computer for viruses. You dont have to have 2 separate programs.

It takes a long time, sometimes over an hour, to get a person the telephone. Also, the information provided states 24 hr, 7 days per week. I have called and it stated it closed at 8Pm. Whats up????

Great software and bestbuy made it easy to install and use.
