Needed to purchase for my new laptop, I use word and excel alot. I went from windows 8 to windows 11 and the tutorials included in new version are fantastic.

I use Microsoft Office a ton for work all day every day. So this was a must have when purchasing a new laptop for work and gaming.

Downloaded smoothly and quickly. I'm new to this addition and it appears to have some great new features. Noticed in Word, symbols I use regularly were loaded up and easy to find. Looking forward to working in Excel!

Microsoft 365 Personal is great for organizing calendars.

i LOVE this laptop. Functionality-wise: I have had zero issues and been using it basically nonstop since I got it about a month ago. Especially love the touch screen. The laptop looks nice and sleek and i love the silver color.

best program in the category. all education platforms use this so you're kind of forced to go with this. sucks that you have to "rent" it vs the old days when you just used a disk over & over.....

Purchased as a graduation resent for my granddaughter. She loves it and says it’s wonderful to have when she starts her college career in the fall.

I dislike having to renew something I've already paid for, but such is Windows/Microsoft these days. I use both Word and Excel for most of my office work, so it is a necessity.

Program installation was pretty easy. Only used Word so far but works great! Was apprehensive about not being able to do papers and projects with my kids but definitely happy I bought this.

I liked the Dell brand, experiencing the new processor, as well as the design and price, it was a good purchase.

Nice big screen but the stand needs to be shorter.

So far so good. I purchased this for my sons going to college and so far, he doesn't have any complain. It looks like he likes it and as a college student you need this program.

Needed to replace old laptop that kicked the bucket. Size was what I was looking for. Touchpad is very sensitive but getting used to it. Lettering on keyboard is difficult to see if not placed at the right angle. Laptop is sufficient for my needs.

Excel is good - lets me add, subtract, multiply and divide in a spreadsheet. Word is good - I can type documents in it. Not sure about the rest because I haven't used them.

I purchased Office 360 for my PC at work at am absolutley thrilled with all it has to offer. Its easy to navigate and offers everything you can think of to make it one of the best Office products yet!

We are extremely satisfied with our purchase as it has met all of our expectations.

Enjoying having up-to-date software. Am able to transfer data in Excel on my old laptop to my new laptop without a lot of errors.

I loved my first Microsoft surface tablet so of course when I needed an upgrade I'm going to stick with what I like, and purchased the surface 3. Not a Pro but it's just as awesome I think. Couldn't be happier. Much faster, and it kept and transferred everything I had on my first tablet without any problems.

Difficult to stay signed in or to continue subscription

I would really prefer going to a one time purchase but that product does not have Outlook so I am stuck with 365 personal.
