Office and Excel work as well as the old version. However, I find it more difficult to find and access my old documents and spreadsheets. Also, I had to call the Geek squad to help me install the product

It's everything you need at one cost. It is nice that i didn't have to pay for everything separately.

Microsoft always makes a good Office Suite. The only thing I don't like is now it's a subscription based system. I guess it was going to come down to that sooner or later. I guess they have to make money, thou I'm sure Microsoft isn't in the "poor house" by any means. But I love Microsoft Office.

Cant get enough of the Microsoft. I have to use it for school all the time.

I purchased this for my granddaughter as she just started college. She’s enjoying her Mac Pro and this Microsoft 365 product very much.

The Microsoft 365 is needed when you purchase a new computer. It provides a lot of the programs needed for personal use or school use.

So far so good, was not sure how to install but figured it out after to many days of doing it, but i am not great with computers.

I've always used Microsoft Office, but my last subscription was purchased through another vendor and I had problems when it was time to update. Geek Squad installed this one for me on the spot and I haven't had any trouble since. Hopefully I won't when it comes time to renew! Though I use gmail for my emails, I keep Microsoft Outlook available for two reasons: When I am typing in a different language, their spell checker automatically recognizes it and adjusts. Secondly, if I am ever without internet, and can still read emails I have previously downloaded and type responses which can be sent out once I get online - a great time saver.

My daughter wanted word on her laptop so she could do homework in her room. Works as expected. Honestly I think this program should be free and come installed on all computers.

As a Microsoft Office user since it was introduced, I'm unhappy with the forced use of One Drive. Although I have a full older version of office installed on my desktop, I purchased 365 for my new laptop without realizing that every time I want to open an old Excel file saved on my desktop to reference it, I have to first upload it to One Drive. As I have scores of Excel files that I reference from time to time, having to upload to the cloud every time I want to look at one is both time consuming and overkill. I will not be renewing my subscription.
