I save my files to Dropbox or google drive and I am mobile. The programs have tips for using with a tablet that are helpful and not annoying. I have yet to encounter a function that is not available compared to the desktop version.

Luckily the purchase was still in the cashiers hands and I was able to return it with ease.

The program is expensive for a package that you won't use fully. I only use WORD DOCUMENTS since Laptops document app is not upgradeable.

Love the added features. What a difference from the Office 2007. Definitely a must have for any new PC or OS running Windows. Personally I would of preferred the Office 2016 instead of the 365. Like I said, I was able to use Office 2007 for 10+ years just fine. So it is worth the $140 to own the Office product rather than renting it for a year! In all those years I only used Word, Excel, and PowerPoint anyways. If you use more of the Office features and want to stay up to date with the updates, 365 would be the way to go.

I upgraded to a subscription based copy to upgrade to the latest version. It still is a solid program and I think the subscription pricing is fair, considering how much I use the program on a daily basis. No complaints.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. However, I find it more difficult to find and access my old documents and spreadsheets. Also, I had to call the Geek squad to help me install the product
