Although this product works well I don't appreciate having to be locked into purchasing it over and over again. The software locks you out once your contract time is over.

Normally I have gotten the version with Publisher with it to for various newsletters that I do. I wasn't happy that this new version did not have it, but the price was right.

I have to say that I'm not happy that I have to pay early I think it should be maybe every 2-5 years for renewing, as I don't need a change early. I would also like to have the military discount back.

It is different from what I am used to so it takes me longer when I am trying to do something. That, I'm sure, is only due to user's lack of knowledge with this updated version of Microsoft office.

The program has become a bit bloated over the years, and it sucks that you have to pay an annual fee to use it, but it's still the gold standard in word processing programs.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
