I am very pleased with the purchase I made, a Lenovo YOGA 7i, with the Geek Squad's handling of transferring the data from my old laptop and the loading of the latest software packages.

This is what it is! This gives you access to the best and most common applications of their kind!

Office 365 is a product I need for my professional life. It seems to still be accepted/required as the primary mode for sharing information. That said, I really miss the home/student version that I purchased outright and did not need to pay for each year. I do not want to have ongoing updates that make me wonder what happened/changed! I feel I am being overcharged by paying annually for a version I do not prefer to the old one. Would really like the option of staying with the older, less expensive version. That is the version I would recommend to a friend.

The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Helpful explanations and advice were offered. No-pressure sales tactics are appreciated. The overall process was seamless. Would recommend to others.

I have no real complaints thus far. The only thing that seems a little off is the battery life. Still have to do some testing on that to see how efficient it is. But other than that; the purchase has been as expected.

Easy to register and off you go. Word, PowerPoint - easy to use and adds for great way to manage email and create content for both personal and professional use.

Very easy to install on laptop and each of the products are easy to use. Also live OneDrive. Never have to worry about losing your work.

I was shocked to learn that this does not come with computers anymore. However, it is a must and I personally like that I can access my documents anywhere.

I have always had microsoft office with my apple and non apple products. I really enjoy the fact its a subcription, not cheap, but ifyou actively use it, it pays for itself.

Although I haven't used it yet (I had an ongoing 365 membership - waiting for that to expire in order to activate this), but the sale was great so I took advantage.

It's really a good program. However I'm still working on figureing out all the uses. Takes me a little longer because I'm 83, but I'm working on it.

Great that it was cheaper to get with my MacBook but of course annoyed that we have to subscribe to use this Sh**. But inevitable of course. Enjoy. but of course Microsoft is a handy and great tool to have your hands on

I can't find my receipt and I need to install Microsoft 365. I need the product key. Is there anyway I can retrieve it from the Best Buy store where I purchased it from?

What sure about how much i needed this until after I cancel and tried to send emails.

I am a microsoft program fan. That said, why can't they just already installed in the desktop or laptop even if they are going to charge for the yearly subscription. Dumb to have to buy it separately
