Needed. However, the price is high in general for the length time it offers. I miss the one time purchase packet.

This product has met my expectations. I love the convenience of having Word, Excel and PowerPoint for my business ( Self Employed ) and very handy for all my tasks.

Great that it was cheaper to get with my MacBook but of course annoyed that we have to subscribe to use this Sh**. But inevitable of course. Enjoy. but of course Microsoft is a handy and great tool to have your hands on

Exactly what it has been since inception; a good software basis for school and business. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

I can't find my receipt and I need to install Microsoft 365. I need the product key. Is there anyway I can retrieve it from the Best Buy store where I purchased it from?

I need this Microsoft Office 365 Personal software and it is great. I just wish you could now get the entire set with the CD like you use to be able to buy. Now you have to keep renewing it and it ends up costing more money in the end. And this software is expensive. Thank you

I like Microsoft Personal but ease of getting started was a bit difficult. Finally got it a month after purchasing.

These updates to Windows 10 are too much. With the laptop I have, I can't upgrade to Windows 11 because of an outdated processor. I have to find where certain features are.

Much better than the last several versions of Microsoft Office, but the purchase format is not wallet friendly. I had to pay well over 200.00 just to keep these programs for a couple years. I only use them to type up quotes and purchase orders, I have no use for updated versions.....

It's been really useful working with the MS Office suite on my brand new Mac. Glad I got it before college

This product was discounted because I purchased along with a new computer. I don't use all the applications to justify purchasing w/out a discount. I did have to call customer support to help install because my product key didn't work, but it was resolved quickly and with no issues.

Nice to use to write letters or work on other projects. Enjoy having this program!

So far so good, was not sure how to install but figured it out after to many days of doing it, but i am not great with computers.

This is a fantastic addition to my new laptop!! Upgrading from a much older version of Office, I'm finding the new 365 version to be a simple learning experience. Enough of the old features are there, in a place I can find, with the added advantage of new, more accessible features. I mainly use Word, Excel and my new favorite, OneNote. OneNote allows me to not only copy/paste txt, but I can actually copy a section of my computer screen and paste into a note! I find this extremely helpful for my at-home business. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone getting a new laptop! It's well worth the price!

I was pressured into buying this product. I got home and i already had this. After calling Best Buy i was assured i would get a refund. I go to the store in Summerville SC and a supervisor told me that i couldn't get a refund and that they don't refund any software. So i call Best Buy and only got 6.99 back on the software i paid 69.99 for. I only had this software for 4 days and haven't even registered it. I had 60 dollars stolen from me by Best Buy. I'm sure they needed my money more than me.

I got a new computer at the same time I purchased this. We installed it and had a hard time finding it in the computer. We aren't very tech savvy so once we found it we made an icon for the desktop to make using it easier. I love it and the kids are happy to be able to use it for homework!

I have enjoyed using word that is what I use the most it is wonderful and it keeps my computer safe
