Never had to pay for Microsoft software updates until now for the Windows 11 for Windows 365. No choice but to pay to ensure updates are done.

I have only used Microsoft Word, but I wish it was not subscription only. I liked when you buy the product and had the choice to upgrade when you wanted to.

The whole system and stays up to date. Love the simplicity of this. Plus it can be on all of my devices, computer, tablet and phone. All works together like a charm.

Worth everypenny it contain the funtions that are needed in all phases of work that utilize laptop as unique as this one

I am a microsoft program fan. That said, why can't they just already installed in the desktop or laptop even if they are going to charge for the yearly subscription. Dumb to have to buy it separately

I am planning to cancel this subscription as soon as I can get a full version Microsoft word.

Absolutely convenient to renew and buy this product. You can always have the docs saved on one device and open it in your outlook in multiple devises. LOVE IT

Microsoft Office 365 gives me all the productivity I need. I purchased the subscription to keep up with the updates.

This gives you an array of Microsoft Products. Excellent customer service for these products. The down side is that you have a yearly renewal to pay. If you can get these products with a new computer, go for it! Windows 10 is not finished with a number of products for add on products.

Have to have office. However, I am not a fan of having to pay a subscription for the software. I would prefer a purchase over a lease.

The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Helpful explanations and advice were offered. No-pressure sales tactics are appreciated. The overall process was seamless. Would recommend to others.

My son add it and he likes the programs and he is learning a lot.

Haven't had time to really use it a lot but excited to try all the programs it has as soon as I can

the package contains the spectrum of word, excel, etc. A proven product. Unfortunately it requires annual renewal but you do get all updates that way
