Purchased for a simple laptop to use for small business purposes. Works great!

I needed this because I utilize Microsoft word a lot.

For some reason, when I installed it, Word wouldn't work correctly - it's like my computer wasn't recognizing it, although Excel, etc was working fine. I called the helpdesk, and the gentleman I talked to got me up and going quickly.

Best buy for the money and use! Glad i made the choise with a little prompting!

I like that this is web based, that way it is updated and upgraded regularly. It also means I can use it on any of my devices.

I haven't used it yet, because I need to learn how, but it was on my computer when I started it up.

I am definitely not electronic smart person but surprisingly Windows 10 is pretty easy to use and it was easy to set up simple step by step directions and I'm learning pretty much as I go you might as well stay with the times and do the update I was unsure of the year by year plan however the sales person explained the benefits to having a year to year plan and if the laptop goes bad you could at least transfer the Windows 10 Dover which saves you a whole bunch of money for down the road well worth the investment if you're going to do any kind of General operations

I use basic components but find some of the jargon confusing during set-up.

Great quality and since it is the product of choice on the job, this makes working from the office or home very simple using the same applications. Help features are just that - very helpful

This MS Office purchase offers me 18 month extension on my Current software license

I love Microsoft 365. Always used desktop version of Office before. Now I can have my budget and other spreadsheets wherever I am as long as I have my little 11" HP with me.

Pleased with my purchase. I will purchase again from Best Buy.

Do not always like these type of software subscriptions services. But Geek Squad says I gotta, so I do it.

Use Microsoft on a daily basis and it makes my life so much easier!
