    I like the solid feel to this laptop after working with other models that were more plastic than anything else. I am also liking the 2 in 1 as this is my first experience with one.

    All I wanted was Word and Excel. The salesman talked me into buying 365. This stuff is entirely too intrusive. I've spent way too much time trying to cut it back to what I need/want. It even tried to install itself on my old computer over the network....unannounced and unrequested. What a mess! I managed to stop it, but not without a lot of cleanup afterward.

    Software works well. I've used excel mostly and word somewhat. The other applications I just opened up at this point.
