Great product and a must have for at home office work

It was a excellent purchase because my son my son uses it for school.

I think the price is way too high. I need the product on my laptop. otherwise wouldnt buy it.

As a consultant, this allows me to have the must updated software, all the time. The bad news is that most of my clients update their Office products every 3-5 years, so a lot of the new features dont work on their machines when I send them the files.

I am super pleased with the service that I received from Best Buy on the purchase of this laptop. It's the right system for me.

definitely worth it to get Microsoft 365 for the 15th months. So glad they ran the special. Hope they offer as good of a deal when it comes time to renew.

I mostly use my laptop for school and I use word and excel on a daily basis. I have no idea how to do the stuff I need to do without it.

Do not always like these type of software subscriptions services. But Geek Squad says I gotta, so I do it.

I haven't used it yet, because I need to learn how, but it was on my computer when I started it up.

It is Microsoft Office, what more can be said, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. This is the standard. Microsoft Office has lots of worthy competitors and I've tried several of them, and many are very good, but the real Office is 100% compatible with Office, which makes it one of life's necessities, at least for me. If I make a document at work, I can edit it on my home computer, and when I return it to work, there are no surprises.

Don't much care for the rental concept and not thrilled with Outlook as an email platform but this is what I've gotten used to. If a better alternative comes along, I'm open to it.

Easy to use. Great access to various Office apps on different devices. OneDrive is a nice added bonus.

The first sales person walked away from us and helped another couple asking for some minor item but we asked a second person to assist us and Kyle was great.

Installed great and can't beat the price ($20 off with purchase of a Macbook) - also comes with 1TB of OneDrive storage which will come in handy

I use these apps quite often. I am just bummed that they are no longer part of the puchase when you buy a computer and it annoys me that I have to renew each year.

we enjoy the large TV (and directv); the HP Pavilion with it's windows 8.1 is a real pain-in-the-neck - I do very much appreciate all the help and time that geek, Tanner B, provided the last time I picked it up; the HP Envy Printer has served me well....
