All good. I enjoy the item. Service was good. I like it

This offers you what you would typically expect of your MS Office product. I sometimes do not have connectivity, out of choice... which can limit my ability to use the product to its fullest. Also, I'm not much of a fan of the subscription process.

So far I haven't had any problems with this...I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with Microsoft 365 or just purchase the software, but so far it is making sense to me.

It works for me. I think its ridiculous to have a minimum of 50 characters

Lots of extras not available on earlier versions-Still getting used to it but excellent

Have been on the phone 6 times with Microsoft for an issue with Outlook 365. They can’t find a resolution and the call keeps disconnecting. Now I can not longer get in touch with them because of the limitations on call backs.

Have just started to set this item up and I'm getting to know how to use this product, I like all the items that come with 365 that can be used in the coming year,

I use my iPad Pro as my laptop. This is a must. Works great. Flawless. I love it and will continue to pay the yearly subscription!!!!

The office 360 is a great program. Was able to review all of my old documents and the new update is easy to use.

Should have done my research, Microsoft Office is very limited on ChromeOS. Plus requires annual subscription instead of one time purchase.

Purchased this along with the purchase of our new lap top. This package includes everything my wife and I needed on our new laptop to take care of the tasks that we needed.

I really thought when I went to Office 365 that everything would be cloud based. I was disappointed that the email is NOT. You can access your email on multiple devices, however, it does not remain on the cloud like Microsoft Exchange. Office still does not do well with importing Google calendars. I've been waiting patiently for years for Microsoft to catch up and stop fighting with Google so that importing calendars and events would be easy and accessible from anywhere. Well, now I just give up and say Hello GOOGLE! I'm DONE waiting for outlook. I've tried and I give up. The other new additions to Office 365, like one note, are nice but don't make up for the abject failure that is Outlook.

I hate that you have to have a subscription to this now but it works. It is nice to have portability to sign in and have access to all the products no matter where you're at.
