This version will convert all of the formats of my prior version over to the new version of the software.

It also updates regularly, so you're always up to date with the latest features. And since it's Microsoft, I don't have to worry about my documents not printing out just as I've laid them out. I've had problems with free document writers and suites in the past, because the layouts don't always copy correctly and you have to edit. No worries now!

It should be permanently downloaded on your computer for a reasonable price when you buy the computer. I didn't realize when I bought my laptop that Mocrosoft Word expired 1 year later.

I still wish so much technology and software wasn't being switched into subscription services.
