I’m excited for this product.but still working on it socially to protect my personal account

I like the way best buy sell the item its easy to install and at very good price

So far it seems to be similar to XP and I am used to that. The big problem I have is that Outlook does not accept my Office Outlook password and there is no means to reset it. Without the password it remains non-functional. I will have to go through the trouble of calling MS or my IP.

I really like using the product for my office documents, resume, contacts and much more. The product has great features.

does not include CoPilot Pro which requires a separate monthly subscription; if you dont need that for a certain MS class being taken its wonderful

My son-in-law needed word for his business and this is what he wanted to go with his new laptop.

Happy to have the programs on the computer. Not sure of the cost.

Needed to havce Word on computer and very easy set up.

I have purchased several products recently from Best Buy including Microsoft 365 the staff there was exquisite and helpful in choosing the items and in working on getting them to work I’d like to especially commend Anthony in sales, Tyler and Adam from the geek squad and Ryan also in sales All four were excellent very helpful very personable and a pleasure to work with.

This has been such a big win. I really enjoy the easy flow of it all. Haven't had a reason to complain..

Easy to install. Great features on the new office programs. You may save documents on the drive.

I was provided insight as to this product along with direction to how this would enhance tge computer purchase. I puchased the product and glad i did. I am in a master's prigram and this priduct have tremendous made going through this course seamless. Amzing customer sevice and thise folks who assisted me were awesome. Thanks for making this purchase and decision for a new computer a great one. :-))))

I couldn't believe that I can't buy Microsoft Office outright, but subscribe to it, instead. Then again, I can't BUY a Smart phone and have to lease it these days. That being said, it works fine and am pleased, since I have so many documents on my computer in Word and Excel.

Only downside is that you have to renew this every year.

I felt this was the way to go than the monthly subscription that doesn't do much for the same price, if not more... just need to renew every year I believe, I think it should be good for at least 3 years before renewing, but oh well what do i know..
