It takes a little time/use to get used to the new look of Office 365, I plan to buy a users manual to help me navigate the new options. One problem is that the documents do not open as fast as they did in MS Office 2007.

It works pretty good. Just a normal suscription…..

If you need Microsoft software then you have to get a subscription.

Overall experience with purchasing my new laptop and software was phenomenal!

I like the all-in one set-up; it saves space and wiring nests. Windows 10 is fairly easy to navigate, but I would have liked SOME written documentation; all on-line is a little inconvenient. I didn't carefully inspect the keyboard or might not have purchased; smashing the spacing must have saved HP some money, but it's an awkward set-up for those who have used 10-key and the navigational arrows by touch in the past. Would have preferred a wired keyboard and mouse as well; don't like wasting batteries that are not convenient to recycle.

Once I became familiar with the software it was easy and helpful for my needs. Microsoft never fails.

I had vista on my other laptop and it does not transfer very easy over to windows 8.1 very easy. It is easy to use, I just have not gotten my old stuff from my old computer to the new computer. Have decided to just start new and go from there.

Seems like the same as it always is. All kids of stuff that is don’t know how to use. Just not so user friendly as it should be in 2022.

I bought this in a package along with a new Toshiba laptop. The price was good and you have plenty of useful programs in their newest versions for a year, which seems pretty good for me as an student. The only weakness I found in it was the installation process. An error message kept popping up and I couldn't solve it on my own. However, Microsoft's costumer technical support basically did it for me in less than ten minutes. So yes, I strongly recommend it If you do not use it for work. If you do maybe a year's length wouldn't be the most appropriate.

I just started 11 so I am a bit confused at times.

First of all, I love Excel and Word. I have had them on all my devices for years. However, using the code provided resulted in the download not working. An error code appeared which basically said some components were out of date, ON A NEW LAPTOP! I talkeed with Microsoft chat who then passed me off to a technician. The phone call ended up with him telling me every single device was infected with a trojan virus. Even my iPhones and iPads. When I saw the scan saying all devices were at "RIKS", Notice the spelling. I figured I better end this call because quite simply I think technician was full of crap. He said I would never be able to install Excel or Word on the new PC. I disproved that immediately by downloading them from the Apple Store and installing with no problem. I canceled the subscription and received. a refund.
