As someone who has had Microsoft Family in the past, seeing the benefits from it, yet noticing no one in the family but myself taking advantage of it; i have to say, Microsoft 365 Personal is a good way to go in becoming a true Microsoft Program believer. I dont regret having purchased just the Personal this time around.

We bought this MS product for our daughter's new MacBook. Installation was basic and so far it's working great. It has all the programs one would usually need. The only thing I don't like is it's a one year subscription. Next year we'll look for a permanent download.

Microsoft 365 is a must have on ALL my computers. There are many things I do for my job that wouldn't work if I did not have this program.

I love Microsoft word, as it allows for me to get all my school work done, and conveniently lets me access the files online from any computer that I am on. This is especially convenient because it allows me to get my work done, even when my equipment is down.

Happy to have the programs on the computer. Not sure of the cost.

Had to get IT help to install/activate. Unable to save/locate a document, in the way I have become accustom, so not finding it very user friendly.

I have purchased several products recently from Best Buy including Microsoft 365 the staff there was exquisite and helpful in choosing the items and in working on getting them to work I’d like to especially commend Anthony in sales, Tyler and Adam from the geek squad and Ryan also in sales All four were excellent very helpful very personable and a pleasure to work with.
