This is what you'd expect but I wish it was standard on laptops now and not a yearly subscription. It's crazy that we have to buy it every year, but at least it is there if we need it.

I haven't used the software a lot since I installed it, but love having it available when I need it. I've used MS Word extensively in the past so I'm familiar with its functions.

I didn't know about the subscription, I was expecting the 1 time pay.

This is one of those products that are essential to have to work from home.

I was happy to get the most updated version of MS 365.

Package was acquired as part of new Desktop purchase. Great package offering great flexibility for users of varying skill sets and /or needs.

I needed my hard drive recovered. They took info and shipped it off to a forensic recovery place in S.C. I think. When I got it back, the files were not readable even though it seems they are there. What was not explained is that while files are recovered, they don't recover the accompanying file name. I just get a short string of numbers. There is no way I can use files without a filename and file extension. The tasks of trying to recall what photo taken where even if it opens would be impossible. I have 91,000 files and photos. That was a total surprise. When the recovered files came back, I asked the Geek Squad guy to open it. He tried several methods but could not open any of the few files that were there (way less than the 91,000 that should have been there). So he gave me the phone and dialed the recovery place but the phone menu burped me out several times. He disappeared and came back with authorization to return my fees. I did appreciate that. I am bereft without my files and will have one devil of a time replacing photos. The loss of files is a huge loss but my own fault for not backing it up properly. Was hoping for miracles. I still would recommend Geek Squad with reservations about recover files.

Took me almost a week to get it to down load. Read many reviews and a lot of people have the same problem. When it finally does upload...... it was a great fit for what I needed.

Office 365 has Outlook (Windows e-mail with features such as Sharepoint), One Drive (photo app), Word (writing, drawing, webpage conversion etc.), Excel ( spreadsheet, calculations), PowerPoint ( for Presentations and Instructional use), One Note (for Notes, Reminders), Skype (VoIP) , Publisher, Access (database) and much more. There is lot to learn about Office 365. But for my purpose of writing, using pen or touch or voice ; it is great & perfect.

Since starting my first year of college. This is my first time using Microsoft because in high school thirty use google document . I’m still getting use to the program there’s nothing much different just more feautures, but the google doc is free to use , but somtimes the school requires you to use Microsoft . The school have their own subscription, but the down side using the school is they own your documents and can sell it if they like .
