After this, I am going to make my Mac my go to computer. Product support is horrible and even Best Buy’s Geek Squad wanted nothing to do with it after 4 return visits because they botched the install. I will also be cancelling my Geek Squad Total Mambership as well and use local tech support who for the same price provide all my of the support denied to me by the finger pointers at Best Buy, Geek Squad (also known as circular firing squad) and Microsoft. All of your solutions invite cloud solutions and security breaches. I’m a data guy by trade and I am officially done with your products once I transition over to Mac. closed system, much better security and WAY better computer and software support. I will NOT be buying my new Mac from Best Buy.
