MS Office 360 has all the programs that I need, including Publisher, which I like a lot!

Benefits of subscription is the software is continually updated so you have the most current version. Downside is you have to renew the software in order to continue to use it. Software was preloaded on the new computer with a one year subscription included. Registering was easy and software works great.
