I wish you could just pay once and than own the programs. But I guess that's the way things work now. That would be my only complaint. The programs are super easy to use and very convenient. I Love the One Drive that gives you access to multiple devices, your phone, app and computer. I would highly recommend purchasing this program with any laptop.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this software simultaneously with a new laptop; it was lost in the delivery process; the claim was resolved rapidly; it installed easily; but, even though I have been able to use Office, every time I open one of the programs it indicates an error; it lets me keep on working after entering OK. I haven't been able to go near a Geek Squad with the laptop to have them sort out the problem.
