Great value . Have all I need for my work and my office

Provides all the Office products I need. The price is very reasonable and installation was easy.

All the Microsoft products that I use plus tech help when needed. Not complaints

For $100 or less a year to have all the basic office programs on all of my families devices, I think it's a great deal and haven't had any issues that I can think of. The great thing with Office is that whether you have Mac, PC, or any phone, you can use Office programs on all of them. Sure Apple has some pretty stuff with their document programs but if you use an android phone and/or have a windows computer as well, your out of luck.

Have used this product for a long time and have been completely satisfied. Microsoft applications are vital to online learning.

This is a handy office package for what most users need as far as MS Office programs go.

A must have product to have for productivity, either for school or business or maybe both…

The new Microsoft 365 (1 person) is completely different then the Microsoft 365 I am use to using. I have not used this product in 5 years and thought it would be the same. I used the Word program and although it has a lot of features that are great to use, it also has a lot of new Wording and the features are completely different. The best part is that it comes with a tutorial that explains how to use the new Microsoft 365, so I highly recommend reading it if you have not used it in a while like I have. The name is different as well. Back in the day we called it Microsoft Office or Suites. So when purchasing it, I was looking for what I was use to using. It wasn't until they gave it to me free for a few months that this subscription was what I was looking for. I admit the pricing is high but it's best to get the Microsoft 365 with unlimited users especially if everyone in the household has their own device and you do not want them wasted so much time using your device. They may have other products you can use instead of Microsoft 365 but I am not aware of it. However, I will look around before renewing my subscription to see if someone is cheaper than Best Buy or microsoft.

When buying this make sure you have a computer that you trust. I bought a brand new Lenovo and it has ruined my life. When I can get office to work it does everything you need and more.

It’s nice to be able to have Microsoft Office 365 on my Apple computer, a suite of software I’m familiar with.

I really just needed to update Excel and Word from 2013, but this came with a whole bunch of automatic changes that are just confusing for me but probably not for most tech savvy people. A Geek Squad person was able to help me get it to where I could do what I need. I still have to sign into Microsoft to get Excel and Word to work properly, but I can deal with that. I would only recommend it to friends that real tech savvy.

In the past year, we have purchased two All-In-One desktop computers and four laptop computers, for my grandsons and nephew. We also purchased the MICROSOFT Office 365 Software, for each for each system. Without a doubt this is the BEST and was discounted with the computer purchases! BEST BUY has it all and buying a package deal is the way to go! Their customer service and advice are OUTSTANDING!

Bought it to access Microsoft word on MacBook. It renews every year. Can do multiple devices if need as well (additional $).

Bought this as a gift for my mom to use for work and it's perfect. Auto-renew is great too so I don't have to mess with it later.
