I am not sure that I like the pricing for this program, given that there isn't much of a break when adding up multi-year subscriptions.

Nice product. I have always used Microsoft application. I like all the new features.

Learning the ins/outs of this new version. I was previously on Windows7, so it is quite a difference.

Bought this as a gift for my mom to use for work and it's perfect. Auto-renew is great too so I don't have to mess with it later.

Word and Excel are great, Power Point not as useful in home environment, Outlook could be more like old Outlook.

Everyday peddling of software and hardware is very, very annoying.

Everything is great with the product, except you must be prepared to pay an annual fee for ever in order to continue using it. Cannot purchase straight out. Because of that bomb deal.

Forced to buy this as my new laptop as it did not come with Word or Excel.

Use Onedrive all the time to sync my desktop and my phone.

I had to purchase the Microsoft 365 Personal, when I purchased my daughter her new laptop.

Not Best By’s fault but I don’t know, and Microsoft cannot tell me, which license this is! I have a MacBook Pro, a MacBook Air, both dual boot; a Lenovo, a Surface, and two Dell’s. I have licenses for all of these ...and an extra license!!! But I keep getting kicked off because the license I am using is supposedly used by another machine. So...obviously, there are at least two of these licenses that aren’t used. Microsoft has no way of telling me which license is used in which computer and which are not used. This is amateurish beyond comprehension and I say this as a Microsoft developer. Someone needs to rattle thus outfits cage because this is just unacceptable, especially in light of the fact that I (and millions of other Microsoft customers) are trying to avoid licensing fraud and theft. Why is Gate’s nightmare punishing us? Look, we have own this product but if you can avoid it, don’t buy it.

Shoukd come with device but works well. Just wish Microsoft came with instead of having to purchase seperate at least the first year.

You can't live without office 365. i bought it and installed with the initial set-up so it's become part of my standard operating. Thank you
