For me, the updates in office 2013 where almost transparent from my previous office suite (2010) in the apps I’ve used thus far (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).

You get the latest updates and it comes with cloud. It would be excellent except for the fact that you have to get used to the new programs when applications are updated.

Pros: 1. auto yearly update 2. can be applied up to 6 computers 3. with my membership they gave me a discount of $20 4. the employee that i talked to was nice and able to help me with my questions. Cons: I don't forssee any.
