    Microsoft 365 is a must have! I have not had any problems. Also, I would like to thank the GeekSquad Technician who assisted with the uploading of the software. The Technician was very knowledgeable and very quick. I had a project that was due snd my computer gave out. I purchased a new computer from Best Buy and the software. I didn’t think I would be able to set up everything and still meet my deadline. Thanks to Best Buy and the Geek Squad Tech, not only was it possible but I was able to meet my deadline. Thanks Best Buy and the Geek Squad!

    I have bee using Microsoft Office products for a long time on my other computers. I have been quite happy so far with the new MS Outlook 365 Personal. The annual subscription price was reasonable.

    MS Office in subscription format was easy to activate and is overall a good product. However, it sometimes is not as easy to navigate and utilize any apps, websites or software supported outside of MS, (i.e. Google). Search engines and pop-ups tend to intentionally lead you back to MS, thus MS sometimes seems to lend to forcing the user to utilize MS over other personal preferences. Otherwise, it is a good product. In addition, although MS offers a free version of Office, it is web-based which means you are out of business, even with WORD, if your internet goes down.

    Microsoft Office is the only product I would choose for my family's word processing. My children found the power point program (let alone the Word program for writing assignments) easy to use for school presentations.
