I chose this option because it would automatically be updated when new versions of MS Office software come to market. It was easy to install and provides all the software options I need for work and personal use. I ordered online and picked up in store. Love the ease of that option!

However, if you like Microsoft, you'll like this. if you don't, you won't. Definitely better than the very first version of Word...however I prefer to just pay once for my software rather than a yearly subscription, but oh well.

Thought the first one was defective...took it back and got another one. This one is the same...no touchscreen - gave up. The laptop itself is ok but still I didn't get what I paid for. And yes, I did contact the geek squad and basically got a "DUH..." Checked the laptop's properties and it reads "No pen or Touch input is available for this display". Tried to contact Toshiba got some crank who told me my laptop was polluted with virus and malware and tried to sell me a $100/yr program to protect it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendGood value to get on Mac and iPad.
