Meets my needs for calendar, email, etc.. The only problem is I'm not able to reliably update calendar on the iphone so I need to make all of my calendar updates on the laptop.

Its awesome to work on one platform and have it on another. Easy download and just sign in.

Went to this version of Office when a new laptop was purchased. The product is working as expected, but I don't feel there have been many improvements over the previous version.

I haven't noticed any problems and it allows all my old files to work on Word in Windows 10. Haven't used other programs yet. Will see if updates arrive as promised in a year.

Excellent Microsoft Office 365 includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and Outlook. Simply scratch off the silver portion that covers the product key, have an email address to associate the product with for registration, and follow the instructions for downloading and installation from the Microsoft Cloud. I use mine on an Apple MacBook Pro and it works great!

Everything you expect and want!! I am a tad bit unclear about the term of the agreement, to be honest.

Thought this would be easy to install on my mac, but it wasn't. Had to create multiple Microsoft accounts without them working. Received an email from GeekSquad several days later saying "click this link to activate". I did and that seemed to do the trick. I am not so sure I like all of this cloud storage (ie: I don't get a disc to install myself, I have to go to Microsoft's webpage, set up an account, download the program, then install it). I wasted a bunch of time on trying to get this installed on my computer properly.

My review is about the Office 365 software I purchased from Best Buy last night and the painful process thereafter in getting it downloaded and installed onto my Macbook. After spending two hours on multiple calls to Best Buy, a call to AppleCare as suggested by Best Buy, transfers and dropped calls to an Office 365 "specialist", we still couldn't figure out the issue. I tried three different browsers and still had no luck. Restarted my computer and a bunch of other troubleshooting, to no avail. The Download Center said is was a "network issue due to a lost connection". So I waited till Microsoft was open this morning, and after about an hour or so, was finally able to download the software. Apparently, it was due to a network glitch, even though I was able to download other things, including their remote access software, to my computer with no problems. This leads me to believe that there was something wrong with the Microsoft product since their tech support said several other Mac users were experiencing the same error yesterday. I am glad that I was finally able to use the product but have never had issues like this before, usually downloads are quick and seamless. So, buyer beware and please heed these warnings. Perhaps this is a way for Microsoft to have customers go through their site instead of purchasing through a third-party, but it shouldn't be this much of an ordeal regardless of where you purchased their product.

I am having a problem with the Outlook 365 with the usage between my iPad and iMac. Outlook's Customer Service was very helpful but wasn't able to get set up problems resolved completely as it created havoc with the server (Charter). I now don't have any e mail going out of my iPhone or my iPad..I have incoming mail on them. Charter customer service blamed Apple ...on and on. Hopefully I get this resolved soon.

I Love my Lenovo! I thought it would be a little faster than it actually was but its still very awesome. Maybe I just need patience. Other than small delays this was a Great choice.

used office word and excel so far and the programs are easy to install/use.

All of the MicroSoft Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) installed easily and work just as they did in a Windows environment. All old files are readily accessed.

It works like all the other word programs, The only problem I had was during set up, I had to call a service tech to run me thru set up because it would not send my activation email.

I am a fan of Apple products, but Microsoft Word seems way ahead of the Apple Pages program, in terms of what it can do and how easily you can do it. I wish the Office Suite was offered to purchase once and not as a subscription service. It's too expensive that way.

The price of Microsoft 365 Personal is a good value. It can be used on more than one device.
